These Terms & Conditions provide a summary of the key conditions applying to storage at Bubble Self Storage.
The full Bubble Self Storage Agreement (Version 2026.1) forms the legal agreement between Bubble Self Storage and the Customer. In the event of any inconsistency, the signed Self Storage Agreement shall prevail.
Customer Summary
Storage Agreement

Storage is provided under a licence and not a tenancy.

Customers are responsible for ensuring the unit is suitable for their goods.

Unit sizes are approximate.
Payments
-
Storage charges are payable in advance.

Payments are collected automatically using the payment method provided.

Accounts outstanding for more than seven days incur a €50 Account Recovery Administration Charge.

Interest may also be charged on overdue balances after 30 days.

Failure to pay may result in access being suspended and ultimately the sale or disposal of goods in accordance with the Agreement.
Access

Access is available during published access hours.

Bubble Self Storage may temporarily alter access hours where necessary.

Access may be refused where payments are overdue or where safety or security is at risk.
Insurance & StoreProtect

Customers remain responsible for the value of their goods.

Bubble Self Storage’s standard liability is limited to €100 where loss or damage results from our negligence.

Customers should maintain appropriate insurance throughout the storage period.

‘StoreProtect’ is provided as standard where your belongings are covered through an enhanced liability policy up to the Maximum Replacement Value, subject to the StoreProtect Addendum and its terms and conditions.
Prohibited Items
Customers must not store:
Contamination may result in professional cleaning, pest control and administration charges.
Lithium Batteries
Restrictions apply to lithium-ion batteries.

Portable power banks are prohibited.

Limits apply to e-bikes, e-scooters and similar items.

Customers should refer to the full agreement before storing battery-powered equipment.
Looking After Your Goods
Customers should:

Lock their unit whenever leaving it.
-
Inspect stored goods regularly.
-
Store goods safely.
-
Keep the unit clean.
-
Report any damage immediately.
Ending Storage
State that:

Seven days’ written notice is required.
-
No refund is provided for unused days after notice is given.
-
Goods must be removed when storage ends.
